Comfort Club is worth every penny. Both systems get tuned up twice a year and the techs remember everything about you. Maybe too much. On the last visit he asked how my sister's knee was healing. I don't have a sister. I called her anyway. She's doing much better.

What a tune-up covers
Not a quick look. A real checkup.
- Clean and inspect burners, igniter, and flame sensor (heating)
- Check heat exchanger and venting for safety
- Clean condenser coil and clear the drain line (cooling)
- Test refrigerant pressures, capacitors, and electrical connections
- Replace or check your filter and calibrate the thermostat
- Written report with anything we noticed, and no pressure to fix it today
Fall tune-up done in under an hour, shoe covers on without being asked, and paying by ACH took two minutes. Rosa sent a handwritten thank-you note so warm that I have been using it as a hand warmer since December. It is still going.
