Information on this site
We work to keep prices, policies, and other information on this site accurate, but they can change. Prices shown are for residential service and don't include taxes where applicable. Your written quote, provided on site before any work begins, is what governs a specific job.
Quotes and service
Repair quotes are given in writing before work begins. Commercial quotes are valid for 30 days. Scheduled visits can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; later cancellations may incur a $50 fee. Equipment installation deposits follow the cancellation terms in your signed contract.
Chat and automated answers
The Ask Pinelands chat provides general answers based on our company handbook. It can't diagnose your system, confirm appointment times, or provide commercial pricing. If you have a safety concern, call 911 or your gas utility.
Warranties
Our workmanship guarantee, callback guarantee, and equipment warranty terms are described on our services page and in your written paperwork.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse this site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or submit false or harmful content through our forms or chat.
